The staff was helpful. They provided directions to nearby attractions. The room had a small refrigerator. I appreciated having cold drinks. The location was close to many shops. This made getting supplies easy.
My room lacked a window. The lighting in my room was dim. Reading was hard. The hallways looked dirty. The carpets had some stains.

i was given a single room no window and it felt stuffy. the ventilation seemed inadequate because there was a bad odor in the room. i also found the staff unhelpful when i asked about it. they didn't offer any solutions or seem concerned about the issue.

the location was ideal. I could easily walk to attractions (i especially enjoyed the nearby pubs).
my room had a broken door. i had to push very hard to close it properly, quite inconvenient.

The hotel benefits from its location near the city center. several restaurants and bars are a short walk away. transportation options are plentiful. A bus stop is just outside.

the accommodation includes tea and coffee making facilities in each room. there is also a bar offering reasonably priced drinks and food practically next door (it's quite convenient). a reception is available to assist guests.
